1) Draw a circle for the front hand, and an oval for the side hand. 
2) Mark lines for the hands that will be attached to the fingers. 
3) Then, draw the fingers to where the lines meet, even the thumbs. 
4) No hand can be attached without the wrist. 
5) Using a normal/drawing pencil, trace around the fingers to give your hands actual fingers. 
6) Add natural thumbs to your hands to where they should be. 
7) Give your hands some parts of muscles to connect the fingers and thumbs. 
8) Now, apply your hands with a good wrist to strongly connect each other. 
9) For the front hand, give it some details.
